California Health and Human Services Secretary, Dr. Mark Ghaly, and California Department of Aging Director, Kim McCoy Wade, announced the release of the Master Plan for Aging and provided an overview of the plan. 100 initiatives have been identified as well as local playbooks that would be used by counties in the state.
